Breakthrough Charter's game two weeks ago was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Thursday. They took their matchup with ease, bagging a 58-13 win over the Isabella Mustangs. Breakthrough Charter's offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Breakthrough Charter got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Amara Carr out in front who went 7-for-16 en route to 15 points and six steals. Another player making a difference was Makenzie Myers, who shot 42% from the field to rack up 10 points in addition to eight boards and four steals.

Breakthrough Charter's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-6. As for Isabella, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-2.
