Lindsay had already won five in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 8 runs) and they went ahead and made it six on Tuesday. They never let the Era Hornets get on the board and left with a 12-0 victory. The Knights might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won seven contests by seven runs or more this season.

Lindsay's win was their fifth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 10-4-1. Those road victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.8 runs on average over those games. As for Era, they now have a losing record of 4-5-3.

Lindsay will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Hornets: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
