Basketball Recap: Seward Park Takes a Loss

Seward Park was the 54-44 winner over Irving when they last played one another back in January, but their luck changed this time around. The Seward Park Bears fell 58-48 to Irving on Friday. The loss was the Bears' first of the season.

Having lost for the first time this season, Seward Park fell to 2-1. As for Irving, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-0.

Seward Park will face off against Stuyvesant at 4:30 p.m. on December 13th. As for Irving, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 59-26 victory against Fashion Industries on the 9th.
