Softball Game Preview: Line Mountain Eagles vs. Juniata Indians

The Line Mountain Eagles will challenge the Juniata Indians at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

Line Mountain came up short against Greenwood on Thursday, falling 12-4.

Tenleigh Teter made the most of her time in the batter's box despite the final result and went 1-for-2 with one home run and two RBI. The team also got some help courtesy of Madylinn Grindstaff, who went 3-for-4 with one triple and one RBI.

Meanwhile, Juniata was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They lost 16-0 to Susquenita.

Line Mountain's defeat dropped their record down to 5-9. As for Juniata, their loss dropped their record down to 1-10.

Line Mountain got the 'W' in their previous matchup on April 1st against Juniata by a conclusive 8-1 score. Will the Eagles repeat their success, or do the Indians have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
