York has gone 8-2 against Kennebunk recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Saturday. The York Wildcats will welcome the Kennebunk Rams at 12:00 p.m. Each of these teams will be fighting to keep a win streak alive as York comes in on nine and Kennebunk on three.

Last Thursday, York didn't have too much trouble with Cape Elizabeth as they won 69-51. Given the Wildcats' advantage in MaxPreps' Maine basketball rankings (they are ranked seventh, while the Capers are ranked 102nd), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Meanwhile, Kennebunk earned a 66-57 victory over Biddeford on Tuesday.

Kennebunk's win bumped their record up to 6-4. As for York, their victory was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 9-0.

York took their win against Kennebunk in their previous meeting back in December of 2023 by a conclusive 65-43. Will York repeat their success, or does Kennebunk have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
