Volleyball Game Preview: Campbell County Camels vs. Simon Kenton Pioneers

Campbell County is 2-8 against Simon Kenton since September of 2018 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Monday. The Camels will head out to take on the Pioneers at 7:00 p.m. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this matchup.

Campbell County is headed into the contest having just suffered their biggest defeat since August 26th on Thursday. They came up short against Ryle, falling 3-0.

Meanwhile, Simon Kenton came up short against Woodford County on Saturday and fell 2-0.

Campbell County's loss dropped their record down to 5-12. As for Simon Kenton, their defeat dropped their record down to 10-10.

Campbell County suffered a grim 3-0 defeat to Simon Kenton in their previous meeting back in September of 2024. Can the Camels avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
