Volleyball Recap: Emerald Has No Trouble Against Deer Valley

Emerald not only won on Thursday, but they posted their biggest win since August 20th (when they won 3-0). They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Deer Valley Wolverines. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Aerouants.

While Emerald might've won, it sure wasn't easy: Deer Valley scored at least 19 points in every set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-23, 26-24, 25-19.

Emerald's victory bumped their record up to 4-5. As for Deer Valley, their loss ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 6-5.

Emerald has already played their next contest, a 2-0 win against West on the 13th. As for Deer Valley, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 defeat against Washington on the 13th.
