It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Orthopaedic had no problem doing just that on Monday. They never let the Torres Toros get on the board and left with a 12-0 victory. The Vipers might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 13 matchups by nine runs or more this season.

Brianna Ramirez made a splash no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run while striking out ten over five innings pitched. She has been consistent: she hasn't given up more than two walks in eight consecutive appearances. She was also big at the plate, going 2-for-4 with two RBI and one double.

In other batting news, Orthopaedic got a massive performance out of Vanessa Castillo, who got on base in all four of her plate appearances with three stolen bases, two runs, and one RBI.
