Alamosa has gone 8-2 against Centauri recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Mean Moose will head out to take on the Falcons at 6:30 p.m. Both teams are coming into the contest red-hot, with Alamosa sitting on 12 straight victories and Centauri on three.

On Thursday, Alamosa made easy work of Pagosa Springs and carried off a 3-0 win.

Alamosa was especially dominant in the third set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-16, 25-17, 25-9.

Meanwhile, Centauri was able to grind out a solid victory over Colorado Springs Christian on Friday, taking the game 3-1.

Centauri had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. The match finished with set scores of 23-25, 25-12, 25-12, 25-18.

Alamosa's record is now 15-1. As for Centauri, their record now sits at 11-4.

Alamosa took their win against Centauri when the teams last played back in September by a conclusive 3-0 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Mean Moose since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
