As for Rising Tide, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 10-1. The result was nothing new for Rising Tide, who have now won eight games by 11 runs or more so far this season.
On Rising Tide's side, Alanna Flanders made a splash no matter where she played. On the mound, she struck out six batters over three innings while giving up no earned runs off two hits (and not a single walk). Flanders was also big at the plate, going a perfect 3-for-3 with three runs, two doubles, and one RBI. Those two doubles gave her a new career-high.
In other batting news, Shelby Ruth was incredible, going 2-for-4 with two stolen bases, four RBI, and two runs. That's the most stolen bases she has posted since back in May of 2025. The team also got some help courtesy of Amari Holley, who went 2-for-4 with two runs, one triple, and one stolen base.
Mashpee does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Rising Tide, they will head out to square off against Sturgis East at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Storm have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 15.13 runs per game on average), something Rising Tide will no doubt try to take advantage of.
