Basketball Game Preview: Temple Academy Crusaders vs. Mount Pisgah Christian Academy

Temple Academy is a perfect 6-0 against Mount Pisgah Christian Academy since December of 2022 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Crusaders just played yesterday, but they'll still head out to face Mount Pisgah Christian Academy at 6:30 p.m. Temple Academy will be strutting in after a win while Mount Pisgah Christian Academy will be coming in after a defeat.

Temple Academy not only won on Monday, but they posted their biggest win since December 18, 2025 (when they won 66-24). They claimed a resounding 62-29 victory over Fairview Christian Academy. The Crusaders have beaten the Falcons the last three times they've met, but they better watch out: this was the closest the Falcons has come to flipping the script.

Meanwhile, Mount Pisgah Christian Academy took a blow against Maryville Christian on Friday, falling 67-37. The game marked Mount Pisgah Christian Academy's lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Temple Academy's win bumped their record up to 22-5. As for Mount Pisgah Christian Academy, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 17-10.

Temple Academy was able to grind out a solid victory over Mount Pisgah Christian Academy in their previous meeting back in January, winning 65-55. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Crusaders since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
