Auburn and Maroa-Forsyth are an even 4-4 against one another since December of 2016, but not for long. The Auburn Trojans will venture away from home to square off against the Maroa-Forsyth Trojans at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

Meanwhile, Maroa-Forsyth took a blow against Pleasant Plains on Thursday, falling 62-29. The Trojans have struggled against the Cardinals recently, as the game was their ninth consecutive lost matchup.

Maroa-Forsyth's defeat dropped their record down to 21-5. As for Auburn, their loss dropped their record down to 15-13.

Auburn ended up a good deal behind Maroa-Forsyth when the teams last played back in February of 2024, losing 38-23. Can Auburn avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
