Baseball Recap: Bald Eagle Area Takes a Loss

Bald Eagle Area was the 13-3 winner over DuBois when they last played one another back in April of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. Bald Eagle Area lost 11-2 to DuBois on Friday. The Eagles have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Bald Eagle Area saw seven different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Connor Perry, who went 2-for-3 with one double. Another was Brayden Dubbs, who scored a run while going 2-for-4.

Bald Eagle Area now has a losing record of 1-2. DuBois has started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Coming up, Bald Eagle Area will head out to square off against Hollidaysburg at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for DuBois, they didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 10-4 defeat against Central Mountain on the 24th.
