Aragon waltzed into their matchup on Saturday with six straight wins... but they left with seven. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the West Valley Eagles.

Emilia Kunkel paced Aragon's offense, picking up six kills. Kunkel were helped by Devyn Lee and Gabriella Xiao, who contributed 11 assists each. Xiao was also solid from the service line: she led the team with four aces.

Aragon's win bumped their record up to 10-2. As for West Valley, the defeat snapped their winning streak at four games and leaves them with a 11-4 record.

Aragon has already played their next game, a 2-0 loss against Carondelet on the 13th. As for West Valley, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-1 victory against Corning on the 16th.
