Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask South Range). They were the clear victors by a 23-2 margin over the Orrville Red Riders on Wednesday. The result was nothing new for the Raiders, who have now won 14 games by six runs or more so far this season.

The victory was the fourth in a row for South Range, bringing their record up to 18-9. The wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 15.8 runs over those games. As for Orrville, they are on a 29-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-16.

South Range wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next contest, a 12-5 victory against Jackson on the 15th. Orrville does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
