Rock Bridge has gone a perfect 6-0 against Marshall recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Bruins will venture away from home to challenge the Owls at 6:40 p.m. Both come into the matchup bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Marshall better have a healthy lead at halftime, because if Rock Bridge's game on Wednesday is any indication, that's when Rock Bridge really gets things going. The Bruins never let Smith-Cotton get on the board and left with a 3-0 victory. The win continues a trend for Rock Bridge in their matchups with Smith-Cotton: they've now won nine in a row.

Meanwhile, Marshall was able to grind out a solid victory over Warrensburg on Thursday, taking the game 2-0. Given Marshall's advantage in MaxPreps' Missouri soccer rankings (they are ranked 31st, while Warrensburg are ranked 167th) , the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Rock Bridge's record now sits at 12-2-1. As for Marshall, their record is now 16-3.

Everything went Rock Bridge's way against Marshall in their previous meeting back in October of 2024, as Rock Bridge made off with a 5-0 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Bruins since the squad won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
