Baseball Recap: Woodsboro Comes Up Short

After flying high against Victoria Cobra HomeSchool last Tuesday, Woodsboro came back down to earth. The Woodsboro Eagles lost 18-8 to the Skidmore-Tynan Bobcats on Monday. The defeat continues a trend for the Eagles in their meetings with the Bobcats: they've now lost five in a row.

Woodsboro's loss dropped their record down to 2-7. As for Skidmore-Tynan, their victory bumped their record up to 2-4.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Woodsboro beat Skidmore-Tynan by a score of 18-8 later that day.
