With a playoff win on the line, Hamlin rose to the challenge on Tuesday. They blew past the Deuel Cardinals 3-0. Winning may never get old, but the Chargers sure are getting used to it with their 11th in a row.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-17, 25-8, 25-15.

Hamlin can attribute much of their success to Jayci Trowbridge, who had seven digs and two aces. Trowbridge is on a roll when it comes to aces, as she's now served two or more in each of the last six games she's played.

Trowbridge wasn't the only good servers: Hamlin was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 11 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least eight aces in five consecutive matchups.

Hamlin's win bumped their record up to 19-4. As for Deuel, they have been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-20 record this season.

Hamlin didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-0 victory against Sioux Valley on the 6th. Deuel does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
