Baseball Game Preview: Bishop McDevitt Crusaders vs. Red Land Patriots

For the second straight game, Bishop McDevitt will face off against Red Land. The Crusaders will take on the Patriots at 4:15 p.m. on Monday.

Bishop McDevitt is headed into the contest having just posted their closest win since May 11, 2024 on Saturday. They narrowly escaped with a victory as the team sidled past Red Land 5-3.

Tyler Shroy was a major factor no matter where he played. On the mound, he pitched two innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. Bishop McDevitt is 2-1 when Shroy allows three or fewer hits, but 4-10 otherwise. Shroy was also solid in the batter's box, getting on base in three of his four plate appearances with one stolen base, one run, and one double.
