Baseball Game Preview: Pasco Bulldogs vs. Hanford Falcons

Pasco is 0-10 against Hanford since April of 2019 but things could change on Friday. Pasco will head out to challenge Hanford at 4:00 p.m. Pasco has given up an average of 7.8 runs per game this season, but Friday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Pasco is headed in fresh off scoring the most runs they have all season. They lost 20-10 to Walla Walla on Tuesday. Even though they lost, the Bulldogs' still made a splash at the plate and bumped their average scoring up to 6.2 runs per game (they're now ranked -1th in scoring overall).

Pasco saw six different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was RJ Lopez, who went 3-for-4 with three doubles, two runs, and one RBI. Those doubles marked the first that Lopez hit this season.

Meanwhile, Hanford didn't have quite enough to beat Richland on Tuesday and fell 5-4. The loss was the Falcons' first of the season.

Pasco now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Hanford, their defeat was their first of the season and makes their record 3-1.

Pasco might still be hurting after the 26-4 loss they got from Hanford in their previous matchup back in April of 2024. Can Pasco avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
