Basketball Recap: Ganado Triumphs

Ganado hadn't done well against Schulenburg recently (they were 1-8 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Friday. In a tight match that could have gone either way, the Ganado Indians made off with a 41-40 win over the Schulenburg Shorthorns. This was payback for the Indians, who suffered a 44-32 defeat the last time these two teams met.

Ganado's victory bumped their record up to 3-4. As for Schulenburg, they now have a losing record at 9-10.

Ganado will face off against Shiner at 7:30 p.m. on January 31st. As for Schulenburg, they will square off against St. Paul at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
