L'Anse Creuse North entered their tilt with Marysville on Tuesday with two consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with three. They came within a single run of losing the streak, but they secured an 11-10 W against the Vikings. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Crusaders have posted since May 11, 2024.

Emily Paling was a standout: she went 2-for-4 with one home run and four RBI. The team also got some help courtesy of Hailee Lane, who went 4-for-5 with three RBI, one run, and one double.

L'Anse Creuse North's record now sits at 6-7. As for Marysville, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 9-4.

Looking ahead, L'Anse Creuse North is taking a road trip to square off against Algonac at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
