Noah Bieber and Gordon Thigpen provided fans with a highlight when they connected against Georgia Force. The longest such play in Glory For Christ - West this season, the connection resulted in 84 yards.
Meshack Laden of North Georgia ran for the longest rushing play in the league this season against the Blue Knights last week. Laden scampered for 53 yards on the play and finished with 130 on the day as his team fell to Georgia Force.
North Georgia's offense was tough to stop this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. Bieber threw for 101 yards and Thigpen had 90 yards receiving. On the ground Mike Randle chipped in 146 yards. Matt Howard helped North Georgia's passing attack out by catching one ball for 11 yards.
North Georgia's offense has been unstoppable this season and the Falcons feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Bieber has thrown for 218 yards this season, while Thigpen has three catches for 105 yards. Randle leads the league in rushing with 146 yards.
Two of the top units in Glory For Christ - West will face off this week when Roger McDaniel's team takes on Freedom Academy. The Falcons' offense has scored 174 points this season, good for No. 1 in the league, while the Cowboys have allowed only 205 on the year.
A big matchup in the league this week will be when North Georgia takes on Freedom Academy. The Falcons are in first place, while Kyle Collins's team is in fifth place.
