Basketball Recap: Milwaukee Bradley Tech Comes Up Short

Milwaukee Bradley Tech lost against Milwaukee King back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Milwaukee Bradley Tech Trojans took a blow against the Milwaukee King Generals, falling 97-53. The game was over by the end of the first half, with no points scored by either team from that point forward.

Despite the defeat, Milwaukee Bradley Tech had strong showings from Rashad Fenner, who went 6 for 15 en route to 14 points and three steals, and Arvell Lockhart, who went 7 of 17 on his way to 18 points and five boards. The match was Lockhart's fourth in a row with at least ten points. Jakari Smith was another key player, putting up six points and five rebounds.

Even though they lost, Milwaukee Bradley Tech smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 11 offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least eight offensive rebounds in eight consecutive contests.

Milwaukee Bradley Tech's loss dropped their record down to 10-8. As for Milwaukee King, they have been performing well recently as they've won eight of their last ten games, which provided a nice bump to their 9-5 record this season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Milwaukee Bradley Tech will take on Milwaukee Hamilton at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Milwaukee King, they will challenge Milwaukee Juneau at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
