East Wake not only won on Thursday, but they posted their biggest win since March 4th (when they won 18-1). They never let the Franklinton Red Rams get on the board and left with a 17-0 win. This was a revenge game for the Warriors: when they faced off against the Red Rams back in February, they had to take a 11-8 loss.

The victory snapped East Wake's losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 7-13 record. As for Franklinton, they have been struggling recently as they've lost 13 of their last 14 contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-16 record this season.

East Wake will head out to square off against South Johnston at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. The Trojans' pitching crew has only allowed 2.8 runs per game this season, so the Warriors' hitters will have their work cut out for them. As for Franklinton, they will welcome J.F. Webb at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. The Red Rams are facing the Warriors at the right time seeing as the Warriors are stuck on a four-game losing streak.
