Volleyball Recap: Assumption Find Success

Assumption saw some tournament action on Friday. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Covington Lions.

Assumption is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 5-8 record this season. As for Covington, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost six of their last seven matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-8 record this season.

Assumption will face off against Vandebilt Catholic at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Covington, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 2-0 defeat against Archbishop Chapelle on the 20th.
