Bishop Stang fell victim to Bishop Fenwick and their airtight pitching crew last Wednesday. They came up short against the Crusaders, falling 7-0. The Spartans just can't catch a break and have now endured three defeats in a row.

Bishop Stang saw seven different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Sidney Alboum, who went 3-for-4 with one double.

Meanwhile, it was a proper cat-fight when Cardinal Spellman took on Arlington Catholic on Thursday. The Cardinals fell 8-5 to the Cougars. The game marked the Cardinals' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.
