Volleyball Recap: Alleman Comes Up Short

Alleman was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their eighth straight loss. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Davenport North Wildcats. If the Pioneers were looking for revenge after losing 2-1 to the Wildcats when the teams met back in October of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Alleman's defeat dropped their record down to 9-16. As for Davenport North, they moved to 5-18 with that victory, which also ended their 12-match losing streak.

Alleman has already played their next match (against Cedar Falls), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Davenport North, they will take on North Scott at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
