Soccer Recap: Danville vs. Northview
It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Danville had no problem doing just that on Tuesday. They walked away with a 3-1 win over the Northview Knights. That's more bragging rights for the Warriors, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.
They hit Northview with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from
Chloee Hall,
Baylor Myers, and
Wynsleigh Dorsey.
The victory made it two in a row for Danville and bumps their season record up to 10-7. As for Northview, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-8.
Danville will square off against Edgewood at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Edgewood's last five contests have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one. Northview does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
