Soccer Recap: Giles Comes Up Short

Giles and Auburn squared off in some playoff action on Wednesday, but Giles had to settle for second. They came up short against the Eagles, falling 5-0. The loss continues a trend for Giles in their meetings with Auburn: they've now lost six in a row.

Giles' defeat dropped their record down to 4-10-1. As for Auburn, they are on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last nine matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-3-4 record this season.

As of now, neither Giles nor Auburn have any future games scheduled.
