Football Game Preview: Dufur Rangers vs. Pilot Rock Rockets + How To Watch

The Dufur Rangers will face off against the Pilot Rock Rockets at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Dufur has six straight wins, Pilot Rock has five straight defeats), but none of that matters once you're on the field.

On Friday, Dufur got the win against Echo by a conclusive 30-6.

Among those leading the charge was Gavin Anderson, who rushed for 53 yards and three TDs.

Pilot Rock played against Lyle/Wishram/Klickitat/Glenwood on Friday and lost via forfeit.

Pilot Rock's loss dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Dufur, their victory bumped their record up to 6-0.

Everything came up roses for Dufur against Pilot Rock in their previous meeting back in October of 2022, as the team secured a 60-32 win. Will the Rangers repeat their success, or do the Rockets have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
