Volleyball Recap: Oakmont Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Oakmont lost against Bear River back in September and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Vikings lost 3-0 to the Bruins. The Vikings have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

The final score came out to 25-16, 25-17, 25-14.

Oakmont's offense was headlined by Alli Harvey and Amira Langston, who picked up five kills apiece. They got some help from Samara Groudan and her nine assists. Finally, Isabella Peters kept Oakmont's defense grounded, leading the team with three blocks.

Oakmont's defeat dropped their record down to 13-13. As for Bear River, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 24 of their last 26 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 32-6 record this season.

As of now, neither Oakmont nor Bear River have any future games scheduled.
