Basketball Recap: Troy Christian Takes a Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Troy Christian can now relate to. They were outmatched by the Mississinawa Valley Blackhawks and fell 74-31. While losing is never fun, the Eagles can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Ohio basketball rankings (they are ranked 459th, while the Blackhawks are ranked 163rd).

Troy Christian's loss dropped their record down to 11-13. As for Mississinawa Valley, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 19-4.

Troy Christian does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Mississinawa Valley, they will square off against Russia at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday.
