Old Saybrook is 8-1-1 against Coginchaug Regional since October of 2017 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Monday. Old Saybrook's loss dropped their record down to 6-3. As for Coginchaug Regional, their defeat was their first of the season and makes their record 2-1-3.

Everything went Old Saybrook's way against Coginchaug Regional in their previous matchup back in October of 2024, as Old Saybrook made off with an 8-0 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Rams since the team won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
