Basketball Recap: Hazel Green Comes Up Short

On Saturday, the Hazel Green Trojans ended up a good deal behind the Lipscomb Academy Mustangs and lost 51-33. The contest marked the Trojans' lowest-scoring match so far this season.

Hazel Green's loss dropped their record down to 10-6. As for Lipscomb Academy, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 6-2.

Hazel Green and Grissom will round out the year against one another at at 12:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Lipscomb Academy, they won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Christian Academy-Louisville at 3:30 p.m. on Sunday. Christian Academy-Louisville has been dominant on offense recently, having racked up an incredible 181 points over their last three matchups.
