Softball Recap: Strawberry Crest Takes a Loss

The Strawberry Crest Chargers came up short against the Wesley Chapel Wildcats on Tuesday and fell 8-3. The Chargers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Strawberry Crest saw six different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Lola Coole, who scored a run while going 1-for-4.

Strawberry Crest's loss dropped their record down to 7-11. As for Wesley Chapel, the win got them back to even at 10-10.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Strawberry Crest will host Chamberlain at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Wesley Chapel, they will be playing at home against Cypress Creek at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Coyotes' pitching crew has only allowed 3.8 runs per game this season, so the Wildcats' hitters will have their work cut out for them.
