Volleyball Recap: Corona Takes a Loss

Corona lost against Chaparral back in February of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Corona Panthers lost 3-0 to the Chaparral Pumas. The Panthers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-12, 25-12, 25-16.

Corona now has a losing record of 6-7. As for Chaparral, the win got them back to even at 7-7.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. A feisty cat fight will be fought as Corona Panthers duke it out with Norco Cougars at 5:45 p.m. on Thursday. Corona is facing Norco at the right time seeing as Norco is stuck on a three-game losing streak. Chaparral will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Murrieta Mesa at 6:30 p.m. on March 17th.
