Volleyball Recap: Bellevue Comes Up Short

After flying high against Monticello on Thursday, Bellevue came back down to earth. The Comets fell just short of Central DeWitt by a score of 2-1 on Saturday.

Bellevue has also been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-3 record this season. As for Central DeWitt, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 5-2 record this season.

Bellevue has already played their next game, a 2-1 defeat against Anamosa on the 6th. As for Central DeWitt, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 2-0 loss against Hempstead on the 6th.
