Basketball Recap: Tuesday's Loss Ends Nazarene Christian Academy's Winning Streak

If Nazarene Christian Academy was feeling good fresh off their 66-46 takedown of Sacred Heart last Monday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Nazarene Christian Academy Lions fell 57-45 to the Sacred Heart Tigers on Tuesday. The Lions' defeat signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Despite the loss, Nazarene Christian Academy still got an impressive performance from Aidan Adams, who posted 29 points along with five rebounds and three steals. Adams' evening made it six games in a row in which he has scored at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Alexander Neal, who put up seven points and five boards.

Sacred Heart's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Nazarene Christian Academy's loss ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 11-14. As for Sacred Heart, they pushed their record up to 8-11 with the victory, which was their fourth straight at home.
