Basketball Recap: Tintic Snaps Three-Game Streak of Losses on the Road

Tintic won the last time they faced Altamont and things went their way on Saturday too. The Tintic Miners took down the Altamont Longhorns 61-43.

Cole Ward continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, going 7 for 13 on his way to 16 points. Another player making a difference was Hagen Barton, who posted 11 points.

Altamont lost despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being Briggs Wall, who went 5 of 11 en route to 11 points. Those 11 points gave Wall a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Breyden Jessen, who almost dropped a double-double on 17 points and nine boards.
