Volleyball Recap: Hobbs Eagles vs. Clovis Wildcats
If Hobbs was riding high fresh off their 3-0 takedown of Roswell on Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Eagles came up short against the Clovis Wildcats on Thursday, falling 3-0. The Eagles were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Wildcats earlier this season, when they won 3-2.
Hobbs was held off the scoreboard, but that almost wasn't the case: they kept the second set very close. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-17, 25-23, 25-18.
