Basketball Recap: Portsmouth West Victorious

Portsmouth West saw some tournament action on Friday. They managed a 52-48 win over the Lynchburg-Clay Mustangs. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Senators.

Portsmouth West now has a winning record of 12-11. As for Lynchburg-Clay, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost four of their last five games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 9-14 record this season.

Portsmouth West will head out on the road to face off against Valley at 8:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Lynchburg-Clay does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
