Volleyball Recap: College Park Snaps Seven-Game Streak of Wins at Home

Despite a phenomenal run in the regular season, College Park couldn't carry that success into this playoff game. They fell just short of the Tomball Cougars by a score of 3-2 on Tuesday. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Cougars this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in August.

In a back-and-forth that saw neither team win consecutive sets, College Park sadly dropped the once that decided the match. The final score came out to 25-17, 32-34, 25-20, 24-26, 15-11.

College Park's loss ended a seven-match streak of wins at home and dropped them to 31-12. As for Tomball, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 16 of their last 17 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 39-6 record this season.

As of now, neither College Park nor Tomball have any future games scheduled.
