Baseball Game Preview: Tehachapi Warriors vs. San Joaquin Memorial Panthers

The Tehachapi Warriors will square off against the San Joaquin Memorial Panthers at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. The two teams each escaped (but just barely!) with wins against their previous opponents.

Tehachapi is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Friday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 5-4 victory over Exeter. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Warriors have posted since April 12, 2024.

Meanwhile, San Joaquin Memorial had just enough and edged out Liberty 7-5 on Friday.

Tehachapi is on a roll lately: they've won 16 of their last 17 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 23-7 record this season.
