Soccer Recap: Ridgeline Makes It Six in a Row on the Road

Ridgeline's game on Thursday was all tied up 0-0 at the half, but luckily for them it didn't stay that way. Everything went their way against the Mountain Crest Mustangs as they made off with a 4-1 victory. Gerardo Vargas had the honor of scoring the game-winner for Ridgeline.

Ridgeline pushed their record up to 6-2 with the win, which was their sixth straight on the road. The road victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 19 goals over those six matchups. As for Mountain Crest, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-6.

Coming up, Ridgeline will face off against West Field at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Ridgeline will be up against West Field's rather soft defense (which has allowed 3.1 goals per game), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Mountain Crest, they will square off against Green Canyon at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Mountain Crest will need to watch out since Green Canyon have now posted at least four goals in their last four contests.
