Basketball Recap: Campbell Takes a Loss

Campbell was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 13th straight loss dating back to last season. They were dealt a 63-25 defeat at the hands of the Sulphur Bluff Bears. The Indians were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 33-13.

Campbell's loss dropped their record down to 0-10. As for Sulphur Bluff, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-6.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Campbell will take on Hughes Springs in a holiday battle at at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Campbell is facing Hughes Springs at the right time seeing as Hughes Springs is stuck on a three-game losing streak. Sulphur Bluff and Fannindel will compete for holiday cheer at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Sulphur Bluff will also cruise into their next game with the timing on their side: Fannindel will have lost four straight heading into Tuesday's matchup.
