It was a good run, but Leo unfortunately witnessed the end of their six-game winning streak on Monday. They fell just short of the Bellmont Braves by a score of 1-0. If Leo were looking for revenge after losing 1-0 to Bellmont when the teams met back in September of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Leo's loss was their first in the conference, dropping their conference record down to 3-1 and their overall record down to 7-3. As for Bellmont, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 6-5 record this season.

Leo will head out on the road to square off against DeKalb at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Bellmont, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Fort Wayne Snider at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
