Volleyball Recap: Ryle Comes Up Short in High-Profile Game with North Oldham

Ryle faced North Oldham in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Friday. The Raiders fell just short of the Mustangs by a score of 3-2. The loss was the Raiders' first of the season.

Having lost for the first time this season, Ryle fell to 12-1. As for North Oldham, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-5 record this season.

Ryle didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 victory against Sayre on the 19th. As for North Oldham, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 3-2 win against Dayton on the 18th.
