Having just played yesterday, the South Hills Huskies will get right back to it and host the Temple City Rams at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Both come into the matchup bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

In Tuesday's Canine Competition, South Hills prevailed. They managed a 51-46 win over West Covina on Tuesday.

South Hills got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Cruz Valdez out in front who posted 15 points. Another player making a difference was Issac Medina, who had 13 points.

Temple City's found some homefield redemption this week after a overtime loss to Alta Loma on Monday. Temple City came out on top against El Rancho by a score of 57-50.

South Hills better keep an eye on Dylan Lam. He was instrumental in Temple City's win, going 6 of 7 on his way to 20 points and five rebounds. Those 20 points gave Lam a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Mason Collins, who went 6 of 9 on his way to 12 points.

Temple City has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games, which provided a massive bump to their 5-7 record this season. As for South Hills, their win ended a seven-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 6-7.
