Recap: Woodland Cougars vs. Colcord Hornets
The Woodland Cougars had already proven themselves in the regular season, and didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They snuck past Colcord with a 28-24 win on Friday. The win was familiar territory for Woodland who now have three in a row.
Woodland got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Jackson Rhodes out in front who picked up 121 receiving yards and three touchdowns. Chase Bowman also helped out with an impressive 84 receiving yards.
Woodland's victory bumped their record up to 11-1. As for Colcord, their loss dropped their record down to 10-2.
Woodland will take on Dibble at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Dibble is coming into the matchup hot, having won their last ten games. Colcord does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
